- We're looking for someone who to watch our 3-year-old twins. One has Down syndrome, and one does not. The position is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8-5:30. Our little girl with Down syndrome is high functioning, but has yet to gain all of her speech. The caregiver must be comfortable with administering medication via a nebulizer on occasion, have transportation, and be comfortable with pets. Payment will be in two forms.
